About the event
Luna and the Mountain Jets is an Appalachian rock band consisting of husband and wife team Teresa and David Prince. Teresa writes about her experiences growing up in a large family in eastern Kentucky. Her songs caught the ear of Tyler Childers, who picked her to open for him at his historic concert run at Red Rocks Amphitheater. She also is featured on Tyler’s new release singing lead on “Jubilee”. Her pure mountain voice pairs wonderfully with David’s guitar playing to create a unique Appalachian sound.
Laid Back and Honey
This dynamic duo melds 70s guitar power with honky-tonk leanings. Laid Back spins tall tales and pays homage to the guitar gods while being driven by the jackhammer drumming of Honey. If the White Stripes had been from up the holler, it might have sounded like this.
